Advice on Choosing AMD Radeon GPUs

I'm planning to build a new PC with an AMD graphics card, and I have a couple of questions. I've read that XFX and PowerColor are often recommended brands for AMD GPUs. Can anyone explain why these brands are preferred? Also, I'm confused about which Radeon series to choose. I'm looking to spend around $400-$450 and have found some 9000 series cards in that price range. Currently, I have an RTX 4070 Ti in my main PC and want something comparable from AMD. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Sapphire is generally regarded as the top brand for AMD GPUs, while XFX, MSI, and PowerColor are next in line. It’s really about customer support and warranty services. Sapphire tends to have better support than the others. However, if you're looking in your budget range, the 9060 XT could be your best bet, but it's still about 35% less powerful than a 4070 Ti.

XFX, PowerColor, and Sapphire have a good reputation for using high-quality components in their graphics cards, even on the budget models. People appreciate their warranty services, though that’s mostly based on user experiences shared online. If you're after something that can compete with a 4070 Ti, the 9070 XT would be a good target, but keep in mind it's priced around $600 MSRP, unless you're planning to sell or trade your current card.
