I'm planning to build a new PC with a budget of around $1500 in the next few months. I already have the RAM, which gives me roughly $300 to spend on upgrades. I'm looking for suggestions on where to allocate that extra budget for the best performance. Any tips?

You might want to consider downgrading to a less expensive motherboard and SSD, which could free up enough cash for a 5070 Ti. Storage is easy to add later, and you can find solid motherboards for around $100.

If you're open to spending a bit more (around $40), you could upgrade to a 9600X CPU and a B850 motherboard. Just make sure to get PCIE 5.0 support for the 5060 Ti since it's limited to 8 lanes. Also, check out the Montech Century 850-watt PSU; it's a good deal for the price.

That sounds great, thanks! I’ve also heard suggestions for other GPUs like the 9070XT. What do you think about that?
