Advice on Upgrading My GPU or Mini PC for Better Gaming Performance

I'm currently using an older AM4 system with a Ryzen 5800 XT, a B550 motherboard, and 32GB of RAM. However, my GPU is the GTX 1060 6GB, and it's really struggling to run Crimson Desert above medium quality, only managing around 30 fps. I'm considering upgrading my GPU but need help deciding which one to choose. My budget is around $200, but I could stretch it to $300 if necessary. What do you recommend?

I think your system is solid, just pop in an RX 6700 if you can find one at MSRP. If cash is tight, a used RX 6700 might be a good find on eBay.

I've been out of the AMD GPU market for a while. How do their current cards perform? Can they still handle ray tracing?

You might want to look into getting a used RTX 3060; it's a great option for solid performance without breaking the bank.
