I'm looking for a budget-friendly CPU cooler that prioritizes quiet operation. I've heard a lot about Noctua coolers like the NH-D15, but they seem way too expensive for me. Deepcool AK620 is also an option that's been getting a lot of love lately. It’s great for 1440p gaming and isn't too loud either.

I have the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 Evo, and it’s practically silent at idle and only slightly audible under load. I got mine for around $50, and it keeps my Ryzen 7 5700x3d in the low 40s °C at idle. If you can fit it, I highly recommend it!
If you're really tight on budget, consider the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition for just $25. It's a classic and does a decent job without breaking the bank. Can be a good entry-level cooler!
