Hello everyone! I'm looking for some advice here because my office doesn't have air conditioning, and it's pretty sweltering most days in Brazil. I've experienced a few CPU overheating crashes while gaming and recording, even with Discord running, although the game wasn't particularly demanding. I currently have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X and I'm using the stock cooler. It's worked fine until now, even when streaming heavier games like Cyberpunk. I'm thinking about upgrading my cooling solution and considering either the Corsair Nautilus 240 RS or the Noctua NH-U12S CH.BK. Given that my room temperature is usually pretty high, which option do you think would work better? Also, if you have any other recommendations within a similar price range (things are quite pricey in Brazil at the moment), I'd appreciate it!

Honestly, any decent air cooler is more than capable of handling a Ryzen 5600X, even in warmer conditions. You should be fine with a solid air cooler.
If you're worried about keeping temperatures down, an AIO configured to exhaust air might help more, especially since it pulls heat from the GPU as well. Just ensure you're mounting it correctly in your case to get the best airflow.
Keep in mind, both air and water coolers work to dissipate heat, but they do it differently. For your specific CPU, either cooler will be good enough. A dual tower air cooler like the Thermalright PA120 might actually outperform the Noctua and could end up being cheaper too.
Honestly, your CPU can handle just a basic air cooler like the Thermalright Phantom Spirit. It'll be plenty for your 5600X, and it's typically more cost-effective than water cooling in your situation.
If your room is super hot, be aware that neither cooler will perform miracles. Water coolers can initially take longer to heat up, but once they're hot, it takes a while for them to cool back down. Air coolers react faster, so consider what you need for immediate cooling.
