I've been working on my first PC build and have done a ton of research over the last three weeks, but I'm still feeling a little unsure. I have everything in my cart and am hoping someone can take a look to see if I'm making a wise choice or if I should rethink any components. Here's what I have so far:
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- **Cooler:** Corsair ICue Link Titan 360mm AIO with 8 140mm iCue fans
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WIFI7 ICE
- **RAM:** Corsair Vengeance RGB 64GB (2 x 32)
- **Storage:** Samsung 990 EVO 2TB
- **GPU:** Gigabyte AERO OC RTX 5070TI
- **Case:** HAVN HS 420
- **PSU:** Corsair RM850
I plan to buy the CPU and GPU from Newegg, but I've heard some mixed reviews about them lately. Am I on the right track, or are there any adjustments you'd recommend before I hit that 'buy' button?

Looks like a solid build, but I'd suggest putting more emphasis on the GPU if gaming is your main goal. A lot of discussions are happening right now about CPUs, but for pure gaming performance, the future-proofing of your GPU matters more. The 5070TI is good, but if you can stretch for the 5080, it might be worth it in the long run!
Totally agree! It's all about balance. You want a good GPU to handle the latest games without bottlenecking.
