I'm someone who experiences hand and wrist pain, and while I've managed to create a comfortable setup with a semi-ergonomic mouse, I'm now looking to buy a controller. I want to know if there are controllers out there that are more ergonomic and better for hand health during longer gaming sessions. Also, are there any recommendations for controllers that are well-suited for people with larger hands? I'm open to options beyond traditional controllers. Thanks for your help!

Most modern gamepads are designed with ergonomics in mind. It's important to maintain a good posture and keep your wrists relaxed while using them. If vibration bothers you, try minimizing that as well. You might want to check both PlayStation-shaped and Xbox-shaped controllers to see which one feels better for you!
I’ve got larger hands and I've found that the DualSense controller is super comfortable for me. I used to prefer Xbox controllers, but I enjoy the symmetrical sticks of the DualSense better. That said, comfort can be really subjective, so I recommend trying both to see which you prefer!
Thanks for the suggestion! I held both in my hands, but I couldn't decide. Maybe the Xbox One's left thumb is in a more natural position? I think I need to try both out more to see what works for me.

Thanks for the help!
