Are third-party chargers a safe bet for my iPhone and laptop?

I'm considering getting a new USB-C Power Adapter for my iPhone 16, along with a USB-C cable for my laptop. However, I'm finding the prices on the Apple website pretty steep. Is it advisable to opt for cheaper third-party alternatives? Will it impact performance or safety?

I think it's really not that critical. If you're getting a well-known brand that's rated for Apple devices, you'll be good to go! I use Anker chargers for everything and have had no problems.

Totally agree! Quality over brand name is the way to go.

As long as you choose a reputable brand and steer clear of super cheap products from unknown sellers, you should be fine! Brands like Belkin, Samsung, and others are solid options.

I've been using Anker and uGreen products for years without any issues. Apple often charges a premium and doesn't always keep up with the latest battery tech, so I think you can get better value elsewhere!
