Are those tiny dots on my Mac screen something to worry about?

I recently noticed a bunch of small white dots on my Mac screen after dimming the display and shining a flashlight on it while cleaning. I've tried wiping them with a soft cloth, and while they don't seem to come off, they're not noticeable when the flashlight is off or when I run my finger over them. Is this something I should be worried about, or am I just overthinking it?

How did you attempt to clean them? Sometimes the cleaning method can make a difference!

I used a soft cloth, pretty sure it's microfiber.

What model of Mac are you using? Some models have known issues with the anti-glare coating peel over time, especially if you’ve used chemical cleaners on them.

It's the new MacBook Air m4. I only cleaned the outside with chemical cleaners and made sure to dry it well before closing the lid.
