I have a desktop PC that doesn't have Bluetooth, and I'm looking to connect both an Xbox controller and a wireless mouse to it. Can someone suggest what I need to buy to make this happen?

You'll want to get a USB Bluetooth adapter or dongle. They're pretty common and easy to find! Just make sure to pick one with good reviews.

Any trustworthy brands you recommend?

For the newer Xbox controllers, I'd suggest the official Microsoft dongle specifically designed for them. It’s what I've been using for a year, and it works perfectly. It's a bit tricky to track down at times though.

Most wireless mice come with their own USB adapter. Just plug that into your computer's USB port, turn on the mouse, and you should be good to go!
