I'm looking for recommendations on a graphics card within a budget of around £40 or $60. I want to get the most value for my money. Currently, I'm using a Quadro M2000 for gaming and I'm hoping to upgrade.

Try lowballing on Facebook Marketplace. Although some sellers might price their GPUs like the RX 580 way above what they should be, they often decide to lower the price if it doesn't sell.
If you find an RX 580 too pricey, you could also look at the GTX 960 or 970 as alternatives.
You might want to check out eBay for something like a used GTX 1060. It could fit your price range and should give you decent performance without breaking the bank.
If it's possible, maybe save up a bit more to grab a GTX 1070 8GB. I saw one listed for around £83 with shipping, which might not be too far off your budget.
An RX 580 is a solid choice! Just make sure to find one that isn't overpriced. You can also consider installing Linux to help with performance.
