Best Budget Upgrades for My Gaming PC

I'm looking for advice on upgrading my gaming PC without breaking the bank. My current setup can definitely use some improvements to enhance performance and make it more future-proof for the next 3 to 5 years. Here are my current specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (6 Cores/12 Threads)
- GPU: GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
- RAM: 2x8 3200mHz DDR4
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI
- Power Supply: FSR 400W 80+ Gold

I mainly want to upgrade the GPU, CPU, and possibly the power supply if it needs more wattage for the new components. I prefer an Nvidia GPU and have a budget of up to $500 for the upgrades. Any recommendations for parts that would work best for my build?

First off, what's your monitor setup? Resolution and refresh rate matter for which graphics card you should get. Assuming you're gaming at 1080p with a 165Hz monitor, you might want to focus on the GPU upgrade. A solid choice could be the RTX 5060 Ti, but remember to check pricing as it can vary. Also, consider grabbing more RAM since that could help boost performance too!

Yeah, 16GB of RAM is pretty standard now. If you're going for an upgrade, consider matching it with another 16GB kit to hit 32GB total—it'll help with future games!
