Hey folks! I'm putting together a budget mid-range gaming PC and I'm planning to get the RX 9060 XT GPU. I'm mainly into playing AAA games at 1080p and 1440p resolutions. I'm trying to figure out which CPU would make the best match for it. Here's what I'm considering:
- AMD 9600X for $159
- AMD 7700X for $229
- AMD 7800X3D for $329.
I want something that will last me a few years. I'm leaning towards the 7800X3D since it seems more future-proof, but I'm worried about potential bottlenecks. Would you recommend any of these options, or is there a better GPU/CPU combo altogether?

Honestly, even something like the Ryzen 7600 would work perfectly fine with the RX 9060 XT. One cool thing about the AM5 platform is that you have options to upgrade later. If you're keeping your setup for a while, you should consider a 7600 and plan for future CPU upgrades down the line.
Thanks for the advice! If I choose 7600, would it be worth spending an extra $220 for the 9070 GPU instead?
