I'm currently using an i5-12400F and I've noticed that it's hitting 90-100% usage a lot, which makes me think it's the bottleneck in my setup. I have 32GB of Corsair RAM (2x16GB at 3600MT) and a single-fan RTX 3060. Ideally, I'd like to upgrade my CPU without changing my motherboard, but if there's a great deal out there, I might consider it. If you need any more info from me, just ask!

You might want to sell your 12400F, motherboard, and RAM together as a bundle, then look for a combo deal that includes a new CPU, like the 7600X or another AM5 chip within your budget. Just a heads up, after the upgrade, your GPU could become the next bottleneck, but at least you’d get some cash back from selling your old parts!
I’d love to, but I’d need to lock in the new combo first since I can’t afford any downtime—it's crucial for my schoolwork right now.
