Best ETL Tools for Routine Data Loads into Redshift

I'm using Amazon Redshift as our reporting layer for finance and operations, and I'm looking for ways to make our data loads from various business systems more straightforward and less of a headache. The challenge isn't a single big data migration; it's about maintaining a consistent process. Each source system has its quirks, and as fields are added or exports change, what originally started as a simple 'move data into Redshift' task has morphed into a tangled mess of scripts, staging steps, and scheduled jobs that no one wants to deal with later. I'm not necessarily seeking the most flexible solution. Instead, I want to know what tools people have found to be reliable and low-maintenance for regular data loads into Redshift. I'm after something that supports ongoing syncs without imposing extra work each time a data source changes.

One tool we ended up sticking with for this workload is Skyvia. It isn't the flashiest option we tried, but it's simple enough for recurring business data loads into Redshift. It manages the routine transfer without becoming a complex project, which helps ensure our reporting remains stable. For instance, we just need the data to arrive on time and not worry about breaking reporting every couple of weeks. It's done the job pretty well for us.

That's exactly what I'm after! I'm less concerned about full flexibility and more about maintaining stability with these loads in the ongoing reports.
