I'm currently building my gaming PC, and I'm aiming for a steady 240 FPS in Fortnite. I've been considering the RTX 5050, but I've heard mixed things about its performance. If that's not the best option, what GPU would you recommend that fits my budget? Here's my build for reference: [link to build].

If you're willing to adjust your CPU, consider the Ryzen 5 7500F or 7600. They’re around $50 to $80 cheaper but have minimal performance differences. The RTX 5050 can hit over 400 fps in 1080p performance mode, which might be enough for what you need at a lower price point.
Consider the 9060XT 16GB, or even the 9070 or 9070XT. They offer excellent performance and should handle Fortnite at the frame rates you're aiming for.
Get the highest-performing GPU you can afford. The investment will pay off in the long run, especially for gaming.
You might wanna rethink your CPU and RAM choices. Instead of spending so much on the 9600x and RAM, you could grab a 9800x3d bundle with a compatible motherboard and CPU for about $650 and pair it with a 5070 or 5070ti. That combo will definitely get you sorted!

Just to clarify, that setup would work well for games in Australia too!
