I'm looking for some advice on GPUs within a budget of $550. In my country, the RX 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM is priced around $550-$600, and the 5060 Ti is even more expensive. Used options are about $500, and I can find a used RTX 3080 with 10GB for around $400. While I understand that the 9060 XT and 5060 Ti are more future-proof, I'm hesitant because $100 is a significant amount for me, given wages in Eastern Europe. Would you recommend going for the RTX 3080 in 2026, or should I invest in one of the newer models?

I think the extra VRAM and warranty with the 9060 XT or 5060 Ti makes them worthwhile. It's a solid choice for long-term use.
The 9060 XT is slightly better in raw performance, and the 5060 Ti shines in ray tracing if that's important to you. Personally, I'd lean towards the 9060 XT due to the better cost-to-performance ratio, especially given the price difference. Just be cautious with VRAM; aim for something with at least 12GB for future-proofing!
I was in a similar situation a few months back and ended up getting my friend's used RTX 3080. It's been great for me even with the latest games. Just make sure to consider the VRAM in the future; it might be a bit of a gamble but I've enjoyed the performance.

What do you think about pairing it with Intel B580? Heard it's solid for the price.
