Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card and RAM for my PC and would love any suggestions you might have. I want to ensure this upgrade will last me around five years. My main focus is on design, animation, and production work with programs like Krita, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve, though I wouldn't mind some gaming if an interesting title comes out (not really aiming for 4K gaming). I'm also planning to buy another set of RAM to expand to 64GB. Here are my current specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700X, AM4, Zen 3, 8 Core, 16 Thread, 3.4GHz
- GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER TUF GAMING OC 6GB GDDR6
- Motherboard: ASRock X570M Pro4
- RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX Black, PC4-25600 (3200)
- PSU: 850W Corsair CX850M
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 🙂

If you're prioritizing gaming first, consider the GeForce RTX 5070 with 12GB. But if your focus is mainly on workstation tasks, the RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB might be the better option. Also, don't forget to grab a good NVMe SSD if you haven't already—it's a great boost for performance! Thanks for the tip! I checked out the 16GB 5060 Ti and found a version that comes out tomorrow. It's like £50-60 cheaper than most other models. Is there much difference between this one and the others?
