Hey everyone! I'm getting ready for a long trip across the country and need to back up my personal data before I format my computer. I currently use about 1.5TB to 2TB of data spread across various SSDs. I'm really anxious about losing my data, so I want to make sure it's safe while I'm away. I know that cloud backups are a great option, but I'm also considering an external HDD. I've heard a lot about the WD Elements HDD as a good choice. My question is, what's more reliable for keeping my data safe in the long run: should I go for two 2TB HDDs and split my data between them or just use one 4TB HDD?
