I'm in the process of setting up a production server and I'm looking for suggestions on the best Linux distribution to use. We're primarily going to be running Docker containers, and we might also dive into some AI applications. Our hardware setup includes an RTX GPU and an AMD CPU. A desktop environment is really important since I'm the only one at my workplace with command line experience. Any recommendations?
