Best Motherboard for High-End Build with Specific Requirements?

I'm building a new high-end PC since my current setup is outdated (over a decade old). I'm looking for an ATX motherboard that has 4 SSD slots and can support memory speeds of up to 8200 MHz without PCIe lane sharing, so it won't interfere with my GPU performance. So far, I have an Nvidia RTX 4090 Founders Edition, a Ryzen 9 9950X, 48GB of Viper Xtreme 5 DDR5 RAM (8200 MT/s), and an EVGA Supernova 1000 P5 PSU. Any recommendations?

You might have some trouble hitting that 8200 MHz speed on an AM5 setup. Most systems tend to max out around 6400 MHz to keep that 1:1 performance ratio. Also, instead of the 9950X, you might consider the Ryzen 7 9800X3D for better gaming performance.

Regarding PCIe lane sharing, that won't impact your GPU since it connects directly to the CPU's PCIe 5.0 lanes, which are dedicated. For your requirement of 4 SSD slots (both NVMe and SATA), pretty much any X870 or X870E motherboard should work fine. Just a heads up, if you're going with 48GB RAM, make sure you're considering how those sticks are configured to hit the speeds you're looking for.

Thanks for the advice! Is the ASRock X870E Nova a good fit for my specs?
