Hey everyone! I'm currently managing our devices with Microsoft Intune and I'm on the lookout for out-of-band management tools that are compatible with both Intel and AMD platforms. Has anyone had any success with a solution that integrates well with MECM? I'd love to hear any recommendations or insights based on your experiences!

It sounds like you're aiming for hardware-level out-of-band management that operates without depending on the OS. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a single solution that meets all your needs. Some tools like HP's Protect and Trace offer decent features, but they fall short in certain areas. Intel's vPro is great—but it’s, well, only for Intel. For AMD, I’m not really aware of reliable options. Many places just go for hot spares or next-day courier replacements when tech troubles arise.
If you're exploring options, Workspace ONE has the ability to utilize Intel's vPro for out-of-band management, but I'm not sure about its integration with Intune. Another possibility you might want to check out is Mesh Central. I know it can handle vPro features, though I'm not clear on AMD's equivalent capabilities.
