Since the RTX 4060 LP has a power consumption of 115W, Nvidia suggests a minimum PSU wattage of 300W. If you’re in the US, you can find reliable 500-650W PSUs in the $50-$65 range, and higher-end, A-tier 750W PSUs with great warranties starting around $80.
You should be fine with a 550W PSU. It should handle that GPU easily, and you can still run a decent number of peripherals without issues. Since 750-850W PSUs are only about $50 more, I'd say go for one of those for peace of mind. It might be overkill, but the price difference isn't huge!
