My second monitor port on my graphics card has stopped working. I've tried different monitors and cables, so I believe it's time for a new graphics card. I have a Ryzen 7 5700G with 32GB of memory in a prebuilt ASUS machine from 2021. I usually stick to a budget of under $1000 for a gaming setup, and I'm mainly looking to play Path of Exile, which is my most demanding game.
What would be the most economical graphics card to replace my old 2060 Super? I'm getting a bit confused with all the options like the 9060 XT, 5060 Ti, and the differences between 8GB and 16GB. I'm looking for a recommendation that can at least match or exceed the performance of my 2060 Super. Also, what's the best balance of performance and cost for a budget-friendly gaming computer right now? Ideally, I'd like to keep it under $400, unless there's a really compelling reason to go higher. I don't think I need a super powerful card, but I'd love something comparable to what I had.

If you're strictly using this as a gaming PC, the 9060 XT 16GB is definitely your best bet.
If you're happy with the performance of your RTX 2060 Super, I'd suggest either the RX 9060 XT 16GB or the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB. Both options should last you a good while.
I’m good with that, as I don’t play many high-intensity games. Path of Exile is about it!
Besides the 9060 XT and 5060 Ti that you've mentioned, you might want to check out the Intel Arc B580. It's a bit slower, but it's cheaper compared to the others and should still outperform your 2060 Super.
The 9060 XT 16GB is the top choice if you're looking for something new under $400. It should serve you well for gaming.
That’s what I was thinking too, thank you!
I'd steer clear of the 8GB versions of the 5060 Ti and 9060 XT unless you're on a tight budget. The 9060 XT with 16GB offers the best performance for your cash, especially for gaming.
Thanks for the tip!

Yeah, it’s just for things like Path of Exile or whatever new MMO I stumble upon!
