I'm looking for suggestions on single tower CPU coolers that can significantly upgrade my current Wraith Prism. I'm not a fan of double tower coolers due to their tendency to block RAM slots, but I'm open to recommendations for dual tower coolers that don't interfere with RAM. Any tips?

Just so you know, having dual tower coolers doesn’t have to block your RAM slots. You can offset fans higher to clear them, which could give you better cooling without the hassle! Also, using a dual tower with a pull setup might help you avoid that issue.
The ID Cooling SE-224 XT is a solid choice! It’s compact with decent performance and won’t break the bank. I saw it do really well on a price/performance test from Gamer Nexus.
Most modern CPU coolers are designed to be RAM-friendly. I have the Dark Rock 4, and it's been great—clears the RAM without problem. But do you really need something that powerful? They're great but can be pricier and bulkier.
Honestly, any single tower cooler might be a step up from the Wraith Prism. They tend to have a larger surface area for heat dissipation. It would help to know what CPU you have and your budget though!
The Prism actually cools better than you'd expect. Its fins are taller than most tower coolers are deep.
If you're considering dual tower coolers that won’t block RAM slots, the Thermalright RK120 and Scythe Fuma 3 are worth a look! They manage RAM clearance well, and are known for performance.
I have a Ryzen 7 3700X. I'm a bit worried since I live in a humid place and my gaming temps reach around 80-90°C. I've noticed FPS drops around those temps too. My budget is about $50.
