Hey everyone! I built my gaming PC about five years ago, and I've finally saved up some cash to upgrade it. I'm ready to spend around $500 on enhancements. Here are my current specs: I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (3.4 GHz, 6 core) with some cooler that looks like an AMD Wraith Stealth, a Gigabyte B450M DS3H Wi-Fi Micro ATX motherboard, a GeForce GTX 1660 OC with 6GB, 16GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM, and an EVGA 600 BR 600W 80+ Bronze power supply. I'm primarily using this PC for gaming. What do you think would be the best upgrade for me? Thanks for any suggestions!

With a budget of $500, you could look into getting a used Ryzen 5600X or a solid upgrade to a graphics card like the RTX 3070 or 3080, depending on availability and deals. Adding 32GB of DDR4-3200 or 3600 RAM is also a great move if your motherboard can handle it!

Consider upgrading your graphics card—just make sure it aligns with your power supply's wattage. Additionally, you might want to look at a better AM4 CPU after securing the new graphics card. Upgrading the power supply to 850W or higher can be beneficial for future builds too!

First off, if you don't have an SSD yet, I recommend getting one! It makes a huge difference in load times and overall system responsiveness. If your motherboard supports it, definitely go for that upgrade first!
