I'm looking for an efficient way to bundle multiple cables together since my PC is in another room. Right now, I have about 10 cables, including USB, HDMI, DisplayPort, and AUX, all running through a 68 mm hole in the wall. It would be much more convenient if I could connect all these cables to a single device, from which a thick cable could run to another device, giving me access to USB, AUX, DisplayPort, and HDMI again. This setup would also help with my height-adjustable desk since I wouldn't need all the cables to be 5 meters long. Is there a device out there that can accomplish this?

You might want to check out a Thunderbolt dock. Depending on how far the distance is, you may need an optical Thunderbolt cable to keep the signal strong. It's a pretty solid option for what you're looking to do!
Have you thought about using passthrough outlet covers along with some cable wrap? It might not reduce the number of cables, but it's a straightforward way to tidy things up and give a more polished look to the setup.
I did consider that, but it wouldn't actually cut down on the cable clutter. If I can't find a device that bundles them, I'll probably go this route.
If you're looking for an ideal solution, what you need is a KVM over IP switch. It lets you transfer video and USB over ethernet. Just a heads up, the high-quality versions that minimize latency typically come with a hefty price tag.

I was going to suggest the same thing since I've had great luck with Thunderbolt docks!
