I have the recovery key written down, but it's becoming a hassle to enter it constantly. Since I no longer have the old RAM, I can't just swap it back to prevent this from happening. I'm guessing the TPM triggered this change due to the hardware upgrade. What steps can I take to resolve this issue? Should I decrypt BitLocker, or is there something I can adjust in the BIOS to reset the TPM or create a new profile? I want to proceed carefully to avoid messing things up and losing access to my system.

You can disable BitLocker for now and then re-enable it later, which might generate a new recovery key. Just ensure to save the new key if it’s different from the one you have.
Do I need to change anything in the BIOS or reset the TPM before doing that?
