I recently enabled secure boot on my PC, and now it gets stuck on a black screen during startup. I have a Gigabyte motherboard, and from what I've seen online, this is a pretty common issue. However, most of the solutions I found are more about preventing it rather than fixing it. Since I didn't build the PC myself, I'm not very familiar with the motherboard settings. Is there a way to resolve this at home without having to take it to a repair shop?

If you can't see anything on the screen, another option is to reset the BIOS. There should be a jumper on the motherboard to clear the settings, or you can remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes. Just make sure to unplug your PC first! After you put the battery back, your settings should revert to default, and it might help get you out of that black screen.
The first thing I'd try is disabling secure boot, but I know it's tricky if you can't see anything on the screen. You might be able to do this by going into the BIOS settings. Usually, you can get there by pressing a key like F2 or Delete right as your PC starts up. If you can access it, look for the secure boot option under the security tab or boot settings.
