I recently updated my Nvidia drivers and now my monitor is completely black. I wasn't aware there were issues with the update, and I really need my PC working for a school assignment. Has anyone else experienced this and can offer some solutions?

It sounds like it could be a problem with your graphics drivers. Have you tried connecting your monitor to your motherboard instead of the GPU? That might help you bypass the issue to reinstall the drivers. Also, make sure you've restarted your PC and checked all the cables connecting to your monitor. If your GPU has a BIOS switch, that might come in handy too.
I'm in the same boat! Just got a black screen, and it's super annoying. Let's figure this out together.
Did you manage to find a solution? I'm dealing with a black screen as well and I'm not sure what to do about it. It's frustrating!
