Bluetooth Issues: Earphones Connect but Don’t Function Properly

I'm having trouble with my Bluetooth earphones. They connect without issue, but once connected, they quickly switch from audio output to audio+mic mode, which makes it hard for me to listen properly. I even have a video showcasing the problem on my profile to help explain it better.

Whenever I try to access the Bluetooth settings, my PC lags and often freezes. It also keeps switching audio output from the earphones back to the PC's speakers.

I've tried a lot of troubleshooting steps like restarting the PC, cycling the Bluetooth on and off, uninstalling and reinstalling Bluetooth drivers, as well as updating them using Lenovo's website. I even attempted to restore my PC's system, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. Any help would be appreciated!
