I'm upgrading my PC from an i7 10700F and I'm considering the i9 11900K since it's compatible with my motherboard (M560 Pro). My concern is whether my 650W PSU, Cooler Master MWE Gold 650 V2, can handle this setup effectively. I'm not worried about potential bottlenecks with the i9 compared to the 3060 Ti; I just want to get the best performance out of my GPU.

Absolutely, your 650W PSU should handle the i9 11900K and 3060 Ti without any major issues. Just keep an eye out for a good deal on a higher quality 850W PSU in the future, as they’re reasonably priced now and offer some extra headroom for overclocking if you decide to go that route.
Honestly, I’d think twice about upgrading to the i9 11900K since it's not a massive improvement over the 10700K. You might get better gains by going for a solid midrange CPU on a newer platform instead. Plus, your PSU should handle things fine as long as you're not pushing it too hard with overclocks.
Totally agree! The difference in price between a decent 850W and 650-750W isn't huge, and it’s worth getting that extra capacity.
