Can a Trojan Virus on My PC Spread to My Phone and Router?

I got a pop-up from Windows Defender today saying it quarantined a serious Trojan virus while I was working on my university assignments. I quickly disconnected my PC from the internet by unplugging the ethernet cable, deleted the virus, and even factory wiped my entire system, including the SSD via the BIOS. While I'm not overly concerned about my aging PC (it's from 2016 and running Windows 10), I'm worried that this Trojan may have infected my WiFi router and possibly spread to my phone or those of other people in my house. Is that actually possible? Should I reset or replace my router, and do I need to buy a new phone? What steps should I take now?

First off, no need to freak out! A Trojan virus mainly targets your computer and can't directly infect WiFi routers. They can’t jump from your PC to your router or phones. So, you're good there! Generally, while it is possible for mobile devices to get infected by different types of malware, Windows malware doesn't typically affect Android or iOS devices. Just keep your phone updated and be careful with your downloads, and you should be just fine!

Thanks for clarifying! So resetting the router and my accounts was enough, then?
