Hey everyone! I'm curious about whether it's true that cleaning my PC with water can break it. Is water really that dangerous? What if I let it dry after cleaning?

Yeah, using water on your electronics can be a major no-go. Water can conduct electricity, and if it gets into parts of your PC that it shouldn’t, it might cause some serious damage. Better to stick with a damp microfiber cloth for cleaning!

Just a heads up, it's the impurities in regular water that really conduct electricity. Pure distilled water isn't as scary, but it's still risky!

For laptops and less sensitive parts, a slightly damp microfiber cloth works wonders. Just keep it away from any openings. You can find tons of good cleaning tips on YouTube for your PC!

Honestly, I'm baffled anyone would think it's okay to clean their tech with water. Like, what did they expect would happen? Definitely not a good idea to give your PC a bath!

Avoid using water and definitely steer clear of full immersion! Instead, go for baby wipes or specially designed cleaning wipes. Your PC will thank you!
