Hey folks! I'm trying to log into my old Apple account via the website, but I've forgotten the security questions. I thought about making a new account, but it turns out I need to provide a phone number. Since I live in a restricted area, I can't use my local number. Is there any way to recover my old account or create a new one without needing to provide a phone number?

I hear you, but I think there might not be a way around this requirement. Have you checked if they allow email verification instead? Some platforms do that as an alternative when phone numbers aren’t an option.
Apple accounts generally do require a phone number for two-factor authentication. It's part of their security measures, but I get that it can be tough if you're in a place where that doesn't work for you.
