Hey everyone! I've got my new PC build almost ready to go—everything is either on the way or already in my possession. I snagged some great deals, and I'll be repurposing my monitor and a bit of storage from my old rig. The RAM was a freebie from a motherboard and CPU combo on Newegg. I've heard some people recommend the RX 5070, which I could get at MSRP, but I'm not interested because of its 12GB memory and, honestly, I've had my reservations about Nvidia. Before I proceed, do you see any major red flags or potential bottlenecks in my setup? Thanks for your help!

Your storage setup is a bit unusual. I’m guessing the SanDisk SSD is from your old build? What's the plan with the 1TB HDD? It seems like overkill for a new build.
Your case does seem like it might get pretty hot! It's the same one from your last build, right? Just be careful, as I wouldn't want overheating to ruin your new parts.
Yeah, it's the old case. I really hope I won't have to upgrade since I’m already over budget and trying to save!
I took a look at your build and made a few modifications you might like! Here's my version: I kept your CPU and cooler, but swapped to a Crucial P3 Plus 2TB NVMe SSD for better performance. I also changed the video card to the ASRock Steel Legend Radeon RX 9070 XT for better value. Check out the full list! [Link to build]
Just a heads-up, I managed to grab my RX 9070 for $669, which is way better value compared to what you paid. You might want to keep an eye on prices in case you can return yours for a better deal!
Honestly, the Gigabyte 9070 seems overpriced—check out the 9070XT Steel Legend for around $700 or the Asus for $720.
You can update your parts on PCPartPicker to reflect the prices you actually paid. Just click the gear icon next to each component!
Yeah, both drives are from my last rig! I was thinking of putting my current games and OS on the Western Digital SSD and using the HDD for older games and photos. Not totally sure what to do with the other SSD yet.
