Can I get a refund for an app that Apple deleted?

I bought an in-app feature called Remove Ads in the Musi app, but I just found out that Apple removed the app entirely. I tried to request a refund through the 'report a problem' option, but it looks like I can't choose it since the purchase was from 2021. Is there a way to contact Apple about this? If I do reach out, is there any chance they'll refund me?

Honestly, it's pretty much a long shot at this point. The app being deleted doesn’t mean they'll give refunds for older purchases. They typically won’t go back years for something like this—once it’s bought, it’s pretty much gone unless you catch it within that 14-day window.

Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely you'll get a refund for something purchased over two years ago. Apple generally has a strict policy where purchases are final after 14 days, especially for digital products. So even if you've had issues with the app, you probably won't get your money back this late.

Yeah, it's a tough situation. They would end up needing to refund a ton of people if they made exceptions for every app that's no longer available.

You could try reaching out to Apple Support directly, but don’t get your hopes up too high. They might explain their policies, and most likely, they will tell you that all purchases are final after a certain period. You won't get your cash back after so long.
