I've been trying to install Escape from Tarkov on one of my two PCs for the past five days. The other PC already has it and has a fast Wi-Fi connection, while the one I'm working on has a really slow connection. Every time I try to install it on the slower PC, it fails, and I can't leave it running for 48 hours straight to install. I'm considering moving the SSD to the other PC to install it there instead. If I do this, will my PC allow me to have two launchers and two versions of Tarkov installed on two different drives? If this doesn't work, I'm completely out of options. Any help would be appreciated!

You could copy the entire Battlestate GamesEFT folder to an external drive, then transfer that to the better PC. Once there, install the BSG Launcher and set the path to the folder you transferred. Just a heads up, gaming off an external drive (especially if it's an HDD) can be slow. Also, once you need to download updates on your slow PC, you'll probably hit the same issues.
If you can move the drive from one computer to another, maybe just consider moving the whole computer to where the Wi-Fi is better? It's often easier that way, especially for a solid internet connection!
The computers are actually 50 miles apart, so moving the whole PC isn’t really an option for me! That’s why I’m looking for this solution.

I actually have decent ping on my internet, usually in the 50s, so hopefully, that won’t be a huge problem!
