Can I Mix These Two RAM Kits Without Issues?

I'm currently using a CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) in my PC. The model number is cmk16gx4m1d3000c16, which is DDR4 with a speed of 3000 MT/s. I'm looking to upgrade by adding a VENGEANCE LPX 64GB (2x32GB) kit, with model number cmk64gx4m2e3200c16, that operates at 3200 MT/s. I'm wondering if these two RAM kits will be compatible with each other or if I might run into performance issues. My setup includes an Aorus Master z390 motherboard and an i9-9900K processor. Any advice would be appreciated!

Mixing RAM can be a bit tricky. In the worst case, if the RAM isn't compatible, your PC might not boot up at all. However, if it does boot, it will likely downclock to the lower speed of 2133 MHz or somewhere between 2133 and 3000 MHz depending on your motherboard's compatibility. It's worth checking your motherboard's specs to see if it officially supports both types of RAM before purchasing.

Got it! Would you recommend just sticking to a single type for best performance?
