I'm about to get a new PC and I have a 4TB SSD from my old setup that only contains games from Steam and some Medal clips. I'm wondering if I can just take it out of the old PC and install it in the new one without any issues. Any thoughts on that?

If it’s just your game storage, you’ll be fine! Just be mindful of the mounting space in your new case—you might need to maneuver a bit!
Absolutely, I've done the same thing with my 4TB drive. I use it just for my games and some app installers. You can just plug it in your new rig and it should fire up without any issues!
Just check that your new motherboard has the right connections for the SSD, like SATA or M.2. I've had success moving drives from older builds, but once I tried using an external enclosure and it didn’t read at all. Directly connecting to the motherboard is the way to go!
You should be able to move that SSD over without any problems as long as you're not booting Windows from it. Just install it in your new machine, and it should work perfectly! Good luck!
Thanks for the quick reply! The SSD with Windows is different, so I should be good. Appreciate it!
