Hey everyone! So I recently installed Windows on a new SSD because my old one was my boot drive. I knew I would lose everything since I had to wipe the old drive, and I regret not doing a full backup beforehand. My question is, if I use an SSD to USB adapter and connect my old SSD to my PC, will the Windows version still be on that drive? Is there a chance I can revert to that version of Windows or at least retrieve my files? Thanks in advance for any help!

If you connect the old SSD via an adapter to your PC, it should show up as an external drive. You can definitely check if your old Windows installation is intact and see if there are any files you can recover. Just make sure you don't overwrite anything while accessing it!
Yes, you should still be able to boot from your old SSD or at least access it as an external drive. When you mention wiping your PC, I assume you mean you just installed Windows on the new SSD? If that’s the case, you might be able to browse your old SSD and copy over your files without any issues.
