Can I run an RTX 3080 with my 650W Cooler Master PSU?

Hey everyone! I just had my GTX 1650 die on me, and my friend gave me his old RTX 3080. I'm wondering if my current setup can handle this new GPU. I have a Cooler Master 650W Bronze PSU and an AMD 3700X CPU. Also, I've been facing a black screen issue after about 5-10 minutes of use. Any advice would be appreciated!

You might want to try power limiting the GPU. A 650W Bronze PSU might struggle with the sudden power spikes from the 3080. Just limiting it to around 30% should still give you better performance than your old 1650. Around 80% limit should be more stable for gaming without hitting the power ceiling too hard.

Thanks for the tip! Could you explain how I actually go about power limiting the GPU?
