I've picked up two GTX 750 Ti graphics cards for $20 each and I'm planning to build an older PC in the near future. I'm curious if I can SLI them and what tips you might have for setting that up.

Some people joke about using duct tape to make things work, but seriously, you're better off using each card independently rather than trying to SLI them.
SLI is pretty much a thing of the past, and even if you could SLI 750 Tis, most modern games don’t support it anymore. You might want to think about alternative configurations instead.
You might want to use one of the GTX 750 Ti cards for frame generation with a lossless scaling app. That way, you can still take advantage of both cards in your build!
Unfortunately, you can't SLI GTX 750 Ti cards; they simply don't have the necessary hardware to support it. So, it's best to look for other options for your setup.
