I've forgotten my password for Windows and now I'm stuck at the login screen. My BIOS also isn't booting from my flash drive that has the Windows installation ISO on it. If I swap my old SSD with a new one, will I be able to install Windows if the BIOS can boot from the USB? Thanks for any help!

If your computer can't boot from USB, changing the SSD won't help. You should try using a different flash drive to see if that fixes the issue.
Swapping the SSD likely won't solve your BIOS issue. The problem may lie in your BIOS settings instead.
It could be a simple boot order issue. You should be able to adjust that in the BIOS settings.
It might also be some security setting that's blocking the USB. I saw a message about "getting ready for installation" before it all closed out.

Definitely go for a reputable brand for the USB stick. I’ve had frustrating problems with cheap ones during installations.
