Hey everyone, I have an HP EliteBook 2760p tablet PC with a Core i5-2520M processor and it's currently running on 32-bit Windows 7 Ultimate. I'm pretty new to all this PC stuff, so I'm wondering if I can upgrade it to a 64-bit operating system. Any advice would be awesome!

Since you have a 64-bit CPU, you can definitely run a 64-bit operating system. Just keep in mind that you’ll need enough RAM to make it worthwhile, typically at least 4 GB is recommended.
Make sure to double-check your RAM! Many tablets from that time had only 2 GB, which is fine for 32-bit, but for 64-bit, you should have at least 4 GB for decent performance. If you have 4 GB, you should be good to go!
Yes, your CPU supports Intel 64, so you should be able to upgrade to a 64-bit OS without any issues! Just make sure to check the specifications to confirm you're all set.
You can upgrade to 64-bit, but I would suggest evaluating your hard drive and RAM too. If you're still using a mechanical drive and DDR3 RAM, an upgrade might still feel slow.
ok thanks
