Can I use a 2200G CPU with a Mini ITX Motherboard?

I mistakenly bought a 2200G CPU while building my AM4 PC, and now my parents want to put together a mini ITX setup. Is it possible to find a compatible mini ITX motherboard for the 2200G? I've heard it has some strange limitations on its chipset, but I'm not sure what that really means.

You shouldn't actually have any chipset limits with the 2200G. It should work with most AM4 mini ITX boards out there.

That's interesting because I had trouble getting mine to work with my current motherboard. Maybe "chipset limitations" isn't the right term; I think it might be a compatibility issue with certain boards.
