I'm trying to figure out if a Seasonic 12V-2x6 90° cable will work with my NZXT C1500 power supply, especially since I'm planning to use it with an RTX 5090. The issue is that only a 90° cable fits in my case, and I don't want to upgrade my case just for this. Will this cable be okay at high loads? Thanks for any advice!

While it's generally advised not to mix cables from different manufacturers, I've heard that the 12VHPWR connector is somewhat standardized. As long as you're using the same type of connector on both ends, it might work without issues. Just to be safe, I'd check with Seasonic's support directly since they offer great assistance. Additionally, keep in mind that there are Gen 1 and Gen 2 versions of the 12VHPWR, so check which you have if you go this route!
It's risky to combine cables from different PSU vendors. Compatibility isn't guaranteed, and the last thing you want is an unstable system. Better safe than sorry with something as important as power delivery!
