I have a 3D printer in my garage that only accepts USB sticks, and transferring files back and forth from my office computer is a hassle. I'm looking for a solution that would allow me to connect a USB flash drive to my printer and also enable wireless file transfers from my office PC. Does such a device exist? I'm pretty sure there is something out there, but I can't seem to find it online.

You might also want to look into this device. I think it could solve your issue if you can find it in stock: https://a.co/d/a3c6Hyl
If you haven't checked it out already, consider getting a Raspberry Pi and setting it up with Octoprint. This software can transform your non-wifi printer into a remotely accessible one. You could send files directly to your printer from your desktop without having to move the USB stick back and forth. Plus, it offers additional features like remote monitoring with a camera and time-lapse recording, making it really convenient!
I second that! Octoprint really makes the whole printing process so much easier.
What model is your printer? If there's another way to connect it, like to a small computer, you could connect through a Raspberry Pi and transfer files via SSH or SCP from your desktop. That could save you the hassle of USB switching.
You should definitely consider what kind of printer you have. If it's an FDM printer, Octoprint is solid. For resin printers, you might want to look into a project called Pi-Zero-W Smart USB Flash Drive which could help connect wirelessly. Just a thought!

That looks perfect! I'll keep an eye out for availability.
