I recently moved into a new house and brought my PC with me. Initially, I had a 650W power supply unit (PSU), but the power kept tripping the breaker. We thought it might be drawing too much wattage, so I upgraded to a new 700W PSU. For about a week, everything worked fine, but then the breaker tripped again. I suspected the PSU might have been damaged, so I claimed the warranty and got another brand new 700W PSU, but it's still tripping the power. I've tried unplugging everything except the PC and monitor and even turned off the fan, but the problem persists. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this or what might be causing it?

Additionally, try using a different outlet or a power strip that has a surge protector. Sometimes, specific outlets can be problematic, so testing it in a different location might help narrow down the issue.
Have you checked the breaker’s rating? Sometimes the issue can be related to the breaker itself. If it’s a 15A breaker, it might not handle the load you're putting on it, especially with the PC and other devices running. You might want to consider whether the other appliances can be plugged in alongside the PC without overloading the breaker.
It could also be that your wiring is outdated. If the house is older, the wiring might not support the current you're trying to draw. Have you thought about getting an electrician to take a look? They might find something off that could cause the breaker to trip.
