I recently bought an iPhone 14 in China, but I noticed that the eSIM option isn't available. Is there any workaround for that?

Unfortunately, there’s no workaround. The device just doesn’t support eSIM, as it wasn't designed that way in the Chinese version.
Is this phone even the original model? Sometimes, there are counterfeits that also could lack features like eSIM support.
iPhones sold in China typically come with two physical SIM card slots instead of the standard setup with one physical SIM and one eSIM. This means your phone lacks the eSIM hardware altogether.
Yes, it's definitely the original.
